Christmas Parties

Well Rufus and I Christmas partied all weekend. If it wasn't getting ready for a party it was going to a party. Lil Rufus even got to go to my book club Christmas party. But even with all the partying Lil Rufus still found time to do some cute stuff (as always).

Lil Rufus came walking out of the bathroom holding his potty in pieces and he was just so proud I couldn't help but take a picture.

Rufus was playing around on his Daddy's side of the bed (what a mess!) and decided that it was time to wear big boy shoes.

Big Rufus has to change the light bulb in the kitchen and needed a ladder. Lil Rufus watched his Daddy climb it on one side and he decided to climb the other.

Him staying on the side with only two steps would have been good. I don't know if you can make it out but below he is standing on the first step of the ladder on his way back down. I realized what he was doing on the second step and he figured out he was in trouble and started heading back down before we could snap a picture.

Playing in the backyard trying to open up Daddy's garage to work on the Mustang while Daddy was at work.

Here is Lil Rufus playing on his horsey from the cousins Kozusko. We have had this thing for almost a year and a half. Lil Rufus brought it into the living room about a month ago and just this weekend Big Rufus figured out that not only does it roll on wheels but you can flip the wheels up and it rocks. It also plays music but it is very faint in the background.



Don't mind my underwear in the back. This is my laundry room. The other day I walked in on Lil Rufus and Layla playing this game. It is too cute. You can't see the food but if you have your volume up you may be able to hear it hit the floor. Rufus throws the food on the floor and Layla eats it. They must have played like this for 5 or 10 minutes. That is long for either of them to hold their attentions.
