May and June I was going to school 4 nights a week and now I am going to school 3 nights a week. It doesn't leave much time for fun and no one wants to read a blog about school.
We did go to Colorado this summer and visit my sister and her family. I was there on business and decided to stay longer to visit. While on business, Rufus and I had time to play a few rounds of golf. This is my new sport. I have always been the type that I have to show that women can be just as successful as men in everything. This is a picture of my at a golf course in Colorado. I know I'm still learning golf, but playing from the rough out there was like playing from a hay field the gras was so thick, you can't even see my shoes.
We had a great time relaxing and visiting, not to mention the scenery and weather is so different from the east coast. It was highs in the low 90's in Colorado and back home it was between 100 to 110. We stayed at a gorgeous resort while on business and played on the golf course there. This is a picture of Rufus playing an amazing hole. I think he eagled it. Ha ha. maybe just birdie.
Summer didn't seem to stay long and soon fall will be upon us. But that is ok because we love VT football. We had a rough start this year, but I think the Hokies can turn it around. Rufus will be making a trip to Europe next month and I'm excited for him but hate to be left behind.
